We are pleased to announce that we have partnered up with Park N Parcel for self-collection starting today! You will have more convenient options to collect your parcel.
Park N Parcel is a service that delivers items exclusively to shopping malls. Now you can collect your SGshop parcels at any of the 34 Park N Parcel Locations at your preferred time. 

We have been partnering with Park N Parcel for the last two weeks (2-16 May), and we will be extending it for another 1 week (until 25th May) for those who have not tried. Every parcel collected through Park N Parcel collection will be Free-of-Charge!

Here with some general information about Park N parcel

• The delivery timeframe is maximum 3 business days (Mon-Fri), after the day the item is dropped off.
  
• Parcel need to be submitted before 3pm in order to be delivered within 3 days. You will receive a notification after the parcel have arrived at the collection point. 
• The maximum accepted dimensions is no greater than 100cm, for the combined total of the Length, Width, and Height. An A4 size paper can be used as a guide.
• The maximum accepted weight is no greater than 8kg.
