In order to let customers to enjoy a more convenient and faster shopping experience, we will make some new changes in the process of submit delivery order from May 27, 2019 10 a.m. Customer have to directly select the international shipping method before they add the items into cart. But now, customer can add the items into cart directly without select the international shipping. Customer can wait for the items arrive our China warehouse first and select which items you want to combine and send it together towards Singapore. After updates, system also able to filter out the available shipping methods for the parcel, so customer can directly choose from it. 

The latest Buy For Me service process as below: 
1. Search for the item you want to buy from our website or paste the product URL to search for your desired product. Add all the items that you want to purchased inside your cart.

2. After add in items inside the cart, you can check the items inside the cart again to make sure all the items classification is correct before you pay. If all the items are correct as you want, you may proceed to pay for the item price and the china domestic shipping fee.

3. After you paid, purchasers will place order accordingly and ask the seller arrange courier to pick up and send it to our China warehouse.

4. Once your items arrived in our China warehouse, our warehouse team will do inspection for your items. They will check for the product colour, pattern, size as well as any obvious defect. (Our inspection service does not include verify the authenticity and functionality of products.) 

5. Warehouse team will update the status as “Warehouse Entry” after the inspections is completed.

6. Customer can click on member setting and select “Arrived at China Warehouse”, then you may select the international shipping method for your items and choose the way convenience for you to collect the parcel after it arrived at Singapore. You need to pay for second payment as the shipping method you select. 

7. We will arrange to send the parcel according your selection and pass the parcel to you.
