Do take note of our New Year arrangements:

Our Purchasing, Inspection and Finance departments will be closed on 31 December 2016 and 1 January 2017. On these two days, top up confirmation services will be temporary suspended and credit card top up is recommended.

Our Singapore office will also be operating for half a day till 3pm on New Year’s Eve, 31 December 2016. Our office will be closed till 2 January 2017. Self-collection at our warehouse and Hotline Support will not be available from 3pm onwards. Do note that MRT, Neighborhood and Home Delivery will not be available from 31 December 2016 to 2 January 2017. 

There will be no shipping arrangement on 31 December 2016 and 1 January 2017 for Air Shipping.

USA Ship For Me will be temporarily unavailable during the festive period from 31 December 2016 to 3 January 2017.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and seek your kindest understanding on this matter.
