2017 Chinese New Year is coming soon! SGshop team wishes all of you a healthy, wealthy and prosperous Chinese New Year! Thank you for your continuous support towards SGshop! Here is our Chinese New Year arrangements, do place your CNY orders soon to receive them in time.

*Do note that the “Recommended Date to Submit CNY Parcels By” is based on regular freight and customs clearance processing time, customs inspection and delays may occur during this peak period so it is advisable to ship out your priority orders earlier than the stipulated date. You can still submit parcels after the recommended dates but your parcels may not arrive in time for CNY.

Some sellers and courier companies may have stopped dispatching and delivering orders due to CNY break. Please remark under your order if you are “Willing to wait for dispatch after CNY” or “Cancel order if seller cannot dispatch order before CNY” when submitting new orders.

USA Standard Air Shipping operates as usual. To get your USA parcels before CNY, it is recommended to ship your parcels before 13 January 2017.

SGshop Office Closure:

SGshop Singapore office will be closed from 27 to 30 January 2017. Normal operations will resume on 31 January 2017.

SGshop China office will be closed from 27 January to 3 February 2017 (There will be no top-up confirmation, purchase, international shipping and online chat service during this time).

Online Chat and email replies may be slower from 23 January to 7 February 2017. We thank you for your kind understanding and patience during this festive period.
