For transactions via credit card, please fill in your details then select and confirm whether you are paying via VISA or MasterCard. A One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to you through SMS or bank token. You will be required to input the OTP at the checkout page to confirm your payment.

Fill in your card number. Then, log in to your bank account or use eBank payment. Verification will be required.

A transaction fee applies as SGshop is only a purchasing agent and not a merchant. We do not sell products or change the prices of items. Product price (that you see on our website) and domestic mailing fees are 100% passed to the merchants. Please pick the merchants based on your own discretion. SGshop does not filter merchants for you.
For the avoidance of doubt, product purchase price and domestic shipping fees (within China) are all paid to the China sellers/merchants as SGshop itself does not retail any products. SGshop purely provides logistical co-ordination services (based on your instructions, acting on your behalf in relation to your purchases from the China sellers that you select).
Transaction fee is strictly non-refundable.
Example of calculating transaction fee:
Item price: $100 paid via VISA/Mastercard
Transaction fee of 2.8% + S$0.30 applies = $100 + $2.80 + $0.30 = $103.10. Hence your credit card transaction history will reflect $103.10.
