You may request to cancel or return order after you placed and paid for order with us, however, the approval of cancellation and return will be dependent on seller’s policies. It will likely be approved by seller only if the seller provides “Unconditional Refund Within 7 Days” service, therefore before you request to cancel or return order, kindly refer to the description in product’s original URL for more information. We seek your kindest understanding as we are not affiliated with the sellers and have no rights over their refund policies.
For Buy-for-me and Smartshop order:
When your order is under “Confirmed” and “Purchased” status, in the case where seller provides “Unconditional Refund Within 7 Days”, we can request to cancel order with seller on your behalf, once approved by seller we will cancel your order and refund the order amount into your SGshop account balance.
When order is “Towards Warehouse (China)”, “Pending Inspection”, “Complete Inspection” and “Warehouse Entry”, in the case where seller provides “Unconditional Refund Within 7 Days”, as long as it is still under the specified number of days, we can request to return order to seller on your behalf, once approved by seller we will cancel your order. Kindly note that you will be held liable for any fees incurred because of your return request, therefore fees incurred will be deducted from the order amount before it is refunded into your SGshop account balance.
As for “Packing in Progress”, “Loading in Progress”, “Pending Shipping” and “Sending to Malaysia”, we will not able to request refund from seller, therefore, your order cannot be cancelled.
For Ship-for-me order:
We are not able to negotiate with sellers because sellers will only recognise you as their customer. Therefore, Ship-for-me order cannot be cancelled by SGshop.
